Welcome to Cultural Digital Dollars! I’m Lesley, and I’m excited to share how my journey as a creator has led to the launch of this family-friendly platform for creativity and digital entrepreneurship.
My Journey
It all started with Cultural Digital Horizons, my first creative business, where I design personalized mugs and tumblers. I’ve always loved creating products that are not only unique but also meaningful. However, I wanted to take my designs to the next level and bring something even more special to my work—something that connected with my own culture as a Māori.
That’s when I discovered The AI Marae. Through Doug Healey’s course, I learned how to use AI tools like MidJourney and DALL-E to create Māori-inspired artwork. This course transformed how I approached my designs, giving me the ability to incorporate my cultural heritage into my products in ways I’d never imagined. Suddenly, my mugs and tumblers were more than just products—they became a way for me to express and share my cultural roots.
But my journey didn’t stop there. I knew I wanted to expand even further—not just for myself, but for my family and others who are looking to explore the digital world together.
The Birth of Cultural Digital Dollars
After completing The AI Marae course, I realized that there was even more potential for growth, especially through affiliate marketing. That’s when I joined the Lion Academy Affiliate Marketing Program, which taught me how to generate income online by promoting products and tools I believe in.
With this knowledge, Cultural Digital Dollars was born. My goal is to help other families—just like mine—explore their creative potential, build businesses together, and thrive in the digital world. Whether it’s learning to create stunning AI art or discovering how affiliate marketing can generate income, I believe there’s something for every family here.
